- Uniformity+10%, measured with a specified number of gray scales at a mean of 200 with a gamma setting of 1.0
- Use in steady-statemode as a general purpose linelight, or strobed to freeze motion, reduce exposure times and increase processing speed. In overdrive mode, light intensity can be increased by a factor of 3 times using the Ultra LX Interface
- Custom lengths available
- Linelight holders and support products available
  Diffuse Dome Ringlight
All the features of our ringlight combined with a dome diffuser that eliminates specular reflections on shiny surfaces
- Viewing aperture: 25 mm

LED CONTROLLERS
iQLed421
The iQ421 LED Controller from SCHOTT provides the ultimate flexibility in light control combined with a user friendly operating panel. The iQ421 features a 2 line/16 character LCD display that delivers on demand for industrial and machine vision applications in four languages: English, German, French and Spanish.
There is no comparison to the iQ421 LED Controller, which fully utilizes the special features of SCHOTT’s iQLED product line. Continuous temperature monitoring of the LED lighthead ensures long lifetime. A unique light feedback loop enables stable light output over operational time. Combined with the matrix circuit design of the iQLED lightheads this enables the most stable homogeneous LED illumination.
The iQ421 offers four operational modes. NORMAL with continuous intensity control from 0 to 100 %. MAINTAIN, which utilizes the light feedback loop. TRIGGER for remote on/off to extend the LED head’s lifetime and provide light only when needed during parts inspection. Last but not least the STROBE mode utilizes an internal strobe generator with frequencies between 15 Hz and 50 KHz to freeze motion of moving objects. Trigger and strobe modes both allow programmable delay, on-time and periods and can be combined with intensities up to 250% while pre-defined overdrive rules of the LEDs are met.
For optimal implementation into automated systems the integrated RS232 interface provides continuous monitoring of temperature, light output and status, while allowing the iQ421 to operate as a stand-alone unit.
Automatically recognizing the maximum current requirements of the connected LED light head, the iQ421 instantly adjusts to the appropriate current while continuously monitoring the LED temperature. High-temperature conditions or other errors will be displayed on the front panel as well as via the RS-232- Interface.
The iQ421 LED Controller features a heavy-duty, grounded metal industrial housing with T-slot grooves on both sides of the unit for bench or panel mounting. The T-slot grooves also serve as cooling channels, eliminating the need for a fan to reduce heat build-up. The 2-amp light source output of the controller can be powered with DC power supplies of 12 and 24 volts, depending on the color of LEDs in the light head. Power supplies and light head connectors are lockable to ensure safe operation.

iQLed121
The iQ121 LED Controller, a regulated, constant current and variable intensity controller for industrial and machine vision applications.
A single-knob light intensity control adjusts continuously from 0 to 100%. The iQ121 LED Controller automatically recognizes the maximum current requirements of the connected LED light head and adjusts to the appropriate current. A trigger input enables remote on/off to extend the LED head’s lifetime and provides light only when needed, such as during parts inspection.
Special feature of the LED iQLED series is continuous monitoring of the LED head temperature. A temperature indicator LED signals high-temperature conditions and alerts the user to check the intensity setting or ambient temperature.
